Project Management Services

Project Comissioning

Commissioning is the process of ensuring that all systems and components of a building or structure are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained according to the project's requirements and specifications. This includes verifying that all equipment and systems are functioning properly and meet the project's performance goals. Commissioning also involves creating and implementing a commissioning plan, which outlines the procedures and tests that will be used to verify that the systems are working correctly. The commissioning team, usually led by a commissioning manager, will conduct tests and inspections of all systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. They will also provide training to the building's operators and maintenance staff to ensure that the systems are maintained and operated correctly. Commissioning is an important step in the construction process as it ensures that the building is safe, efficient and meets the needs of the users.
